Everyone, including children, must REGISTER for an account in their own name. If you have an existing account used for COVID-19 testing, you must create a new account for vaccination.

COVID-19 Vaccination

The Bridge Access Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The vaccine is free for eligible uninsured and underinsured individuals, ages 18 and older.

Vaccine Day

After selecting your location and printing your voucher, check the vaccine location’s hours of operation to plan your visit accordingly. You can search for the location’s information online or call them to determine their hours of operation.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide proof of voucher (electronic or print) on the day of your vaccine.
